Wires/Cables
Our production processes are based on fully and semi-automated machines, whose ergonomics and user interfaces significantly boost productivity. From crimping, inserting housings and ferrules, twisting and tinning wires to cutting and stripping.
Soldering
Perfect joints are ensured by equipment with automatic control to maintain the temperature of molten solder, along with our years of expertise in the field. Among other tools, we also use WELLER soldering irons.
Potting
Polyurethane potting and low-pressure overmolding at low temperatures and pressures are key to enhancing the performance of electronic connections, ensuring their durability and long lifespan.
Wire and Cable Braiding
There are a lot of advantages of automatically braided cable harnesses – long lifespan, resistance to environmental influences, precise dimensional manufacturing, and easy installation.
Printing
Professional marking of wires, cables, housings, and more is an established industry standard, which we also adhere to. Additionally, we offer 3D printing and other services.
Testing
An integral part of production is verifying the functionality of the product, which we perform on specialized test panels created for each product type. This allows us to check the correctness of the wiring for specific circuits within the harness.
