TESEC, s.r.o. was founded in 1997. Increasing demands for the production of specific products for the electrotechnical industry – cable harnesses – prompted the Dutch holding company to establish a new production capacity. Since its founding, TESEC, s.r.o. has undergone many phases and changes in management principles.
1997
Company founded
  • Production of simple products from supplied materials under the supervision of the founder.
  • The company started with a production capacity of four operators
2000
ISO 9002 Certification
  • The company prepares to increase production capacity with a regular supply of materials, continuous production, and dispatch of finished products.
  • In the development phase, with increased production volume, the company places a primary focus on production quality in new conditions. This goal is validated by obtaining the ISO 9002 quality certification.
2002
Expansion of Production Capacity / 30 Operators
  • Execution of production arranged commercially from the Netherlands
2003
ISO 9001/2000 Certification
  • The organization of work for larger production volumes required effective management, leading to adjustments in the management structure. This change was validated throughout the entire production process, making the company ISO 9001/2000 certified.
2004
Expansion of Production Capacity / 50 Operators
  • The operation of the new company with controlled management improved the reliability and quality of the entire system, opening new opportunities to offer services on a broader scale to new customers.
  • This aim was confirmed by customer interest in expanding requirements for a new range of products, and new customers also began to show interest in collaboration.
2005
Investment in Building Own Production Facilities
  • Customer interest in further production growth prompted the company’s management to expand the production facilities.

Expansion of Production Capacity / 95 Operators
  • The newly built, comprehensive facility allowed for production expansion, which aligned with the growing customer interest in new products.
2007
Establishment of In-House Engineering Department
  • The thriving company recognized the need to establish independent technical support with its own technical team, not only to meet in-house production needs but also to begin developing new products. As a result, an engineering department was created within its organizational structure.
2008
Creation of a New Organizational Structure
  • The established production and the creation of an engineering team laid the foundation for a comprehensive reorganization of the company’s structure. This allowed the company to fully and effectively utilize in-house support from departments such as sales, engineering, material procurement, and logistics.
2015
UL Certification
  • The company’s management expanded its certifications with the UL certification, opening opportunities in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
2018
Establishment of a New Technical Support Department with Comprehensive IPC Training
2019
Opening of a Branch in Belgium

Opening of a Branch in Ružomberok

Complete Renewal of the Technology Park
